3M VHB adhesive tapes offer high holding power in static and dynamic loads. Viscoelastic properties absorb shock and distribute stress evenly for bonding power that helps eliminate mechanical fastening in many jobs. 
Kapton® polyimide film possesses a unique combination of properties that make it ideal for a variety of applications in many different industries. The ability of Kapton® to maintain its properties over a wide temperature range (as low as -269°C and as high as 400°C). has opened new design and application areas to polyimide films.
Nomex® is extensively used in the electric/ electronics field as a reliable and tough insulator particularly where high temperatures are specified. Used properly, NOMEX ® paper and pressboard products can extend the life of electrical equipment, reduce premature failures and repairs, and act as a safeguard in unforeseen electrical stress situations.

EMI Shielding Tapes are designed for applications requiring reliable point-to-point electrical contact, particularly EMI/RFI shield, grounding and static charge draining. The tapes have a multitude of uses in electronic design and test laboratories for prototyping, design and troubleshooting.
Wire Oriented in Silicone is a gasketing material produced from the combination of specification grade silicone and wire; used in sheet and strip form The silicone elastomer acts as an environmental seal; while the wires provide excellent conductivity to establish EMI/RFI integrity. Available in both solid and sponge silicone, and with aluminum or monel wires. 
These elastomers are a unique composite of high quality silicone and conductive microscopic particles, manufactured to strict formulations, yielding gasketing materials that meet nearly every military and/or electronic requirement. 
Wire mesh over an elastomer is a double layer of wire mesh knitted over a round or rectangular core of elastomer. The mesh layers provide EMI/RFI shielding, while the elastomer acts as a dust and moisture seal. The standard mesh material is monel or tin-plated copper clad steel (SnCuFe).
Metalized Fabric over Foam combines the use of Highly Flexible Nickel over Copper Plated Polyester Fabric over a open celled polyurethane foam core to provide an economical, non-corrosive, highly effective, conductive pad. The bottom surface is supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) strip with release liner if required.
Wire mesh shielding utilizes singlestrand wire, available in a wide range of metals, knitted and formed into prespecified cross sections, yielding an economical and reliable gasket for the use in a variety of shielding applications. Cross sections vary from round and rectangular to round with a fin, and double round with a fin interconnector.
EMI Shielding Sheets and Films provide EMI and RFI shielding for electronic applications, particularly printed circuit boards. These products are lightweight, flexible and easily designed into a range of applications. 
High performance thermally conductive Gap Fillers provide solutions to difficult thermal management problems. These products can be used to fill gaps and enhance thermal performance of the electrical system. Gap Fillers can accommodate materials of different coefficients of thermal expansion with the compliant interface. 
Thermal phase change materials are solid pads at room temperature that melt at operating temperatures from intimate contact on the mating surfaces to produce low thermal resistance. 
Thermally Conductive Fabrics—Fabric reinforced silicone polymer sheets used to provide thermal management solutions where interface gaps are less than 15 mils. high performance thermally conductive Coated Fabrics provide solutions to difficult thermal management problems. These products can be used for low cost thermal transfer requiring minimal thickness, high physical and mechanical characteristics. The fiberglass/silicone compound construction provides excellent cut thru resistance, good thermal conductivity and excellent electrical isolation.
Thermally conductive PSA tapes provide solutions to difficult thermal management problems. These products can be used in place of mechanical fasteners, provide excellent thermal coupling between components and heat sinks and can accommodate materials of different coefficients of thermal expansion with the compliant interface. All of the adhesives are flame retardant and are formulated for high performance adhesion while still being easily re-workable without damage to sensitive components. 
Vikuiti™ Brightness Enhancement Films are transparent optical films that increase LCD brightness through improved management of the existing light. Vikuiti™ BEF II films and Vikuiti™ BEF III films focus the light toward the user. In this way, the on-axis brightness of the display can be increased up to 114% over displays without film, which means brighter viewing and improved sunlight readability. By combining Vikuiti™ BEF film with Vikuiti™ DBEF film, display brightness can be increased by up to 150% over displays without film while maintaining a broad viewing angle. 
Vikuiti™ from 3M offers glare reduction and protection solutions for a wide variety of applications. Utilizing patented 3M technology, Vikuiti anti-reflective films improve the performance of flat panel displays, CRTs and touch screens by decreasing reflections and increasing contrast. It can also be used to reduce unwanted reflections from windows, and in other non-display applications. Film features include low reflectivity, durability and a built-in easy-to-clean layer.
Vikuiti™ Enhanced Specular Reflector (ESR) is an ultra-high reflectivity, mirror-like optical enhancement film. Utilizing 3M’s multi-layer polymer technology, its non-metallic thin film construction lends itself to incorporation into a wide variety of configurations and applications. Designed primarily as the rear lightguide reflector to be used with other Vikuiti films for high efficiency brightness enhancement in light recycling LCD applications, it can also be used alone in any application requiring a high performance specular reflector. Its high reflectivity remains relatively constant across the visible spectrum, producing no unwanted color shifts, and thermal stability is good.
