Class 7 & 8 Clean Room Processing
Pronat provides a range of clean room services for both manual and automated assembly solutions to ISO class 7 (10,000) and ISO Class 8 (100,000) conditions. The converting possibilities include rotary die-cutting, high speed laser cutting and X-Y table processing
The clean rooms are particularly suited to medical device, optics and electronics applications where dust or particulate may adversely affect the product. Pronat is certified to ISO 13485 for medical processing.
Sub Contract Manufacturing
Pronat offers contract and full turnkey manufacturing solutions for customers in a host of industries. Services include the management of the supply chain of the base materials, sourcing and manufacturing of non-standard parts, engineering and design support, manufacturing, carrying of buffer stocks, ship to stock quality control, customized packaging and local and international shipment. Custom manufacturing processes can be rapidly set up utilizing Pronat’s highly accurate modular robotic pick and place technology which provides unique adhesive assembly solutions.
