Assembly of Flight-deck Screens
Pronat offers to assemble ‘flight deck’ touch screens for civil and defense contractors requiring enhanced flight vision systems. This includes the lens and capsule assembly. Displaying clear and concise situational information on a touch activated display, allows for faster and more reliable decision making and control. Applications include civil and military aircraft, helicopters and automotive screens.
Large Area Display (LAD), High definition airborne display integrates high performance flight and mission data into a single unit, wider and slimmer than previously possible.
Lens Assembly
Pronat has evolved a niche capability to construct lens assemblies by selecting optical films of varying properties and laminating with optical adhesives. Typical applications include defense, aerospace and automotive dashboards.Our capabilites are for small and medium volumes and our flexibility, gives you the option to make the design changes you require.
Capsule Manufacturing & Assembly
Pronat has a unique capability to construct miniature capsule structures :
Each capsule is made up of up to 9 layers of different films and adhesive layers,
each structure having a base area from 2.5mm x 4mm Behind each capsule
there is an LED directing light through the capsule to the next level being the
assembled lens .
This process can be very challenging !
Passive Components
As an added service for our customers requiring optical films and assembly of LAD screens, we can also provide for an Integrated flight deck our main core products. These include EMI/RFI shielding, thermally conductive parts, electical insulation and gasketing. These are all essential items that are used in the construction of optical display systems.
